Postage and Returns

Postage is based on total product weight or approximated cubed weight for that product.

Total weight and postage charges are automatically calculated by Australia Post and this can be viewed in your shopping cart before making your final purchase.

Postage is charged within Australia and New Zealand (all weights are calculated in grams and kilograms) and may vary depending on price increases by Australia Post.

International postage is available via airmail only and will be automatically calculated. We ship to most countries, although we reserve the right to not ship to any country at any time for any reason.

Please allow up to 14 days for delivery - we keep limited stock warehoused in order to keep overheads and prices as low as possible.

Delivery during peak periods, such as Christmas, may take up to 30 days because of delays in import shipments. We apologise for any inconvenience but this is out of our control.

One question we are often asked is: why isn't postage included in the price?

Simple. It costs a different amount to send a product to Perth than Melbourne. If postage was included in the price, we would have to include a flat rate which would cover what we would expect to be the amount needed to send the product the greatest distance in Australia. That means you would be charged the price of postage to Perth even if you lived in Melbourne.

We use an Australia Post software program which calculates postage based on weight from Point A to Point B to ensure you are charge the exact rate. Postage costs are included on your invoice so you know there are no hidden charges.

This is just another way that Aviation Online brings you the best deal.

Warranties

Warranties are offered at the discretion of the manufacturer.

Goods Damaged In Transit

If your purchases are damaged in transit, we will send you a no-charge replacement, postage-free .You will need to return the damaged product to us for assessment.

Perrone Leather Apparel

Perrone Leather Apparel is shipped directly from the US and returns must be made to Perrone Leather.

Perrone Apparel supports its products with the following limited warranty on workmanship and materials including repair or replacement of defective parts.

Your new leather jacket is protected as follows:

Zippers and linings are warranted for 2 years.
Collars from crocking/bleeding for 4 years.
All fasteners for 10 years.
Leather from cracking or peeling for 20 years.
All stitching for the life of the jacket.

This warranty is limited to the original owner from date of purchase.  The customer will be responsible for all freight charges unless previous arrangements have been made.

 PERRONE RETURN POLICY:

 Jackets may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase and must be received in unworn condition. 

Freight on replacement jackets will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Refunds will be issued upon receipt returned merchandise with accessories as applicable.  A 25% restocking fee and freight costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

 How to make a return for any  other product at Aviation Online

Before you return any goods, you must obtain a Return Authority (RA) number by emailing editor@aviationonline.com.au or by telephone on (08) 8254 2222.

Returned products must be in the original condition and must be returned to Aviation Online, 17 Premier Close, Andrews Farm SA 5114 - along with a copy of your order confirmation record within 30 days of the purchase date.

We will not refund postage charges for returned goods.
